iTool System

The iSeries Videoscope with CCD image sensor provides a high-quality video signal and exceptional resolution. The videoscope’s precise and extreme articulation allows you to manoeuvre it into any position you need.
With its intelligent software, the iTool Video Imaging Hub visualises inspection images on the high-resolution TFT display and saves images at the touch of a button. With the iTool, inspection images can be precisely marked and documented.
iCase and iCaseplus are clever and compact transportation solutions. This mobile inspection system solution is uncomplicated to set up and easy to use.

iTool Video Imaging Hub
The iTool Video Imaging Hub is the heart of each iTool System. It combines a light source, high-resolution display and imaging control and documentation functions.
With the Hub, images can be viewed, marked with the on-screen text generator and quickly saved. The inspection images can be transferred to a PC with ease using the iTool’s USB interface or CompactFlash® mass storage device.
A harness/belt and powerBelt provide flexibility and freedom of movement during inspections.

A CCD image sensor is the vital centre of every iSeries Videoscope providing unsurpassed resolution and image clarity for true-to-life images with realistic colours.
All iSeries Videoscopes feature handpiece camera control electronics. This means many different videoscopes can be used with a variety of imaging and documentation hubs.
Light guide adapters enable users to connect any iSeries Videoscope to a wide range of IT Concepts light sources.
With their one-handed and user-friendly operation, iSeries Videoscopes are well suited for use in the industrial work environment.
iSeries Videoscopes are available from 1.0-15.0m, with diameters of 4.0mm, 6.0mm and 8.0mm. Articulation choices are 2-way and 4-way.
